great product got an upgrade to make the good even better. WebIS, well known for
it's Pocket Informant Outlook Mobile replacement for Pocket PCs, recently
released Pocket Informant 2007.
Pocket Informant vastly improves upon the functionality of Outlook Mobile to
match and exceed what's available even with the desktop Outlook while keeping
complete and uncompromising compatibility with Outlook. 5 Calendar Views, Notes,
Tasks, Contacts, Journal and so much more with an awesome to use interface.
Despite its robust features, Pocket Informant is naturally easy to use. Features
are designed to be quickly accessible, without being in the way. WebIS is
constantly improving the features that already exist making them faster, more
intuitive and more efficient.
Pocket Informant can manage simple appointments and tasks and grow with your
needs to handle even the most complex situations. It comes with hundreds of
commands to manipulate, manage and work through a few items or hundreds. Change
categories of multiple items at once. Create appointments or tasks from a
contact. Drag and drop appointments from one day to another. Convert
appointments into tasks; drag a task to the calendar to convert it to an
appointment. These just a few things you can do.
The best part about Pocket Informant is that it is fully compatible with all
applications and services that work with Outlook Mobile. Pocket Informant 2007
syncs with ActiveSync and Exchange Server ActiveSync and it even work with
Outlook Mobile plugins.
Pocket Informant is currently available only in
American English . The other localized language versions are coming within the
next two weeks. Pocket Informant 2007 only supports Windows Mobile 2003 and 5.0
Pocket PC.
The full version is available for US$ 24,95 but a 15 days trial version is also
offered. Upgrades from previous Pocket Informant versions are available for
either free (if you purchased Pocket Informant after April 1st 2006) or
available for a reduced price of US$ 12.45.
