Now
it shouldn't take too long anymore, that Cingular customers might get their
hands on Samsung's latest (and maybe hottest) Windows Mobile Smartphone - the
SGH-i607 (in Europe known
as SGH-i600).
It has just received the necessary FCC approval and and can be expected from
Cingular for a Q4 release.
Just a quick refresher, this Windows Mobile 5.0 powered Smartphone features UMTS
and HSDPA a QVGA display and 1.3 megapixel camera (only) and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi
isn't confirmed yet (for the i607 while the European i600 has confirmed WiFi
b/g). Also, the U.S. version is lacking the front-facing camera for video
telephony:

A price wasn't given yet.
