Finally
you can make free Skype-to-Skype calls to users anywhere in the world with
Windows Mobile Smartphone, not Pocket PCs only since Skype finally released it's
Beta Skype 2.2 client for Smartphones. Simply connect to a WiFi hotspot, sign in
and select a number from your contact list.
Asthe moment, Skype supports a wide range of Windows Mobile devices. However,
Skype 2.2 Beta for Smartphone requires a minimum of 12 MB of free storage memory
to install Skype or alternatively 6 MB free storage if you are installing from a
memory card.
In order to use Skype for Windows Mobile, your device must have a high speed
wireless Internet connection over WiFi or 3G, looks like GPRS isn't enough
(which makes sense):

Skype 2.2 Beta for Smartphone can now be downloaded for free from Skype. All
it needs is a (free) Skype account.
