Over
at "The Boy Genius Report", the first real photo of the previously leaked HTC
Vox (which is expected to be announced early this year as HTC S710) hits the web
as well as the specs were published.
According to "The Boy Genius", the HTC Vox will be a Windows Mobile 5 devices,
supporting quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and featuring a semi-sliding keyboard like the
P4350, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth and a 2 megapixel camera. The device is expected to
sport 128 MB of ROM and 64 MB of RAM which can be extended through microSD
cards.

It's still not confirmed if the HTC Vox will be the GSM version of the
HTC Libra but for sure both
devices looks pretty similar.
Anyway, I'm still missing the Joystick/D-Pad so I wonder how to navigate through
the menus. Also I find it interesting, that the keyboard layout reminds me
pretty much on Nokia S60 devices where the function key are also located left
and right from the dial-pad. Something I never liked.
Cheers ~ Arne
