As Bloomberg just reported, a London judge said that HTC couldn't sell its One mini in the UK anymore - starting 6 December. The ruling is a result of Nokia which sued HTC for infringing patents owned by Nokia. However, since also blocking UK sales of the HTC One would cause "considerable" damage to HTC, Judge Richard Arnold delayed an injunction against the the One, so HTC could appeal; even if the phone contained microchips that also breached Nokia's patent. Prior the ruling, HTC argued the microchips found to infringe Nokia patents were "a very small component" and wouldn't justify a sales ban.
