Dear fellow PPCW.Net readers! I wish you all a good start into the new year, even if the old year ended with such a tragedy in South Asia (and I was in the past a couple of times in Phuket too) which might affected the one or the other family-member or friend of you. :-( If so, I either wish this family member/friend to get well soon or in worst case please take my sincere condolences!

For all of us, I wish a good start into a new promising year 2005 which hopefully brings us all the best luck we need, health and everything we wish!

Another year is gone which brought a lot of changes for me: my consultancy company worked well and is well established now. On the other hand it kept me busy in the past months, busier than expected. Also the i-mate, Smartphone and Pocket PC sales ramped up in 2004 and I've added my small contribution - which makes me a little bit proud. Anyway - while I was too stressed to enjoy the pre-Christmas time (which I normally enjoy most) now it's time to enjoy the last day before Holy Night, to suspend the PC, to enjoy this evening with my girlfriend and to drive to my parents (I'll be home - for Christmas...) tomorrow morning to spend the season holidays with them, my brother and my sister in law!

While on one hand something "great" is happening with PPCW.Net (at least it's my expectation) soon, on the other hand my regular job as being a GSM industry consultant takes me busier than expected when I accepted the latest job.
Therefore I thought it's a good idea to go another round to invite you - the readers of PPCW.Net - to join the PPCW.Net Editorial team since Carlo is also busy like hell the past weeks and months.

What I would like to get from you is your thoughts and experiences with Pocket PCs, Smartphones, Portable Media Centers and SPOT watches. So basically everything which is about mobility and or wireless. While PPCW.Net will continue to stay on topic - mobility and wireless - the areas expanded a little bit with introduction of the PMC and the SPOT watches.
