Unveiled back in February during the 3GSM World Congress, GIGA-BYTE Communications today announced the launch of the GSmart t600 Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone. While a 2.5G phone only the t600 displays DVB-T TV programs on a VGA 2.6" touchscreen. Comparing with DVB-H pay program, GSmart t600's DVB-T function provide users more options for free channels and that's where the beauty is.
Currently DVB-T is commercially operating in the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain and many other European countries are planning to launch the service in the near future.
