LEAK: Is this a new HTC TouchFLO GUI called Manila? [UPDATE 2]
Posted by Arne Hess - at 19:22 CET under 02 - Windows Mobile News

I have zero information if these screenshots are legit or just a simple PhotoShop result but according to Swiss Windows Mobile fan-site "Mobile-Devices.ch", bellow you see some screenshots of HTC's upcoming/next TouchFLO GUI which is code-named "Manila".
No further information given so it's not clear if it is real (really from HTC), an HTC development environment or really HTC "TouchFLO 2.0"; also Mobile-Devices.ch hasn't mentioned where they got the information from but from what you can see from the screenshots, it could be real indeed:

LINK: TamsWMS had some quality time with the Asus M930 Windows Mobile Smartphone
Posted by Arne Hess - at 10:19 CET under 02 - Windows Mobile News

The folks over at TamsWMS had the chance to got their hands on a working Asus M930 Windows Mobile 6 Standard smartphone and they even managed to snap some photos.
From what I can see on the photos, the Asus M930 isn't my choice, even if the idea is pretty interesting (but not new at all) - having a dual-display Nokia Communicator-styled Windows Mobile smartphone.
For me, the inner display seems to be way too small to make any sense and I don't see a real benefit for it - compared to other thumb-keyboard devices like the Samsung SGH-i600 or the HTC S710. But have a look yourself:

As expected, Orange (UK) is indeed carrying the Samsung SGH-i780 Windows Mobile Professional smartphone. So it wasn't coincidence that it featured an Orange home screen when it was first unveiled during the Gitex last year.

While the new Palm Treo Windows Mobile Professional smartphone, which will replace the Palm Treo 750 later this year, and codenamed "Drucker", was mentioned in Vodafone UK's earlier leaked roadmap, the roadmap didn't had a photo of the device but a placeholder only. Nevertheless, during Bill Gats' CES keynote, a Palm Treo Windows Mobile smartphone was briefly shown on a slide which is - most likely - the Palm Drucker, also expected to be released as Palm Treo 800 or Treo 850. The Treo shown at the presentation isn't anything of today's available or known smartphones and it clearly sports Windows Mobile Professional and the Start and OK button which is another indication that this must be the Drucker or at least a touchscreen devices.
