Join the::unwired for our first end-user user experience (UX) survey we are hosting for a major smartphone and tablet manufacturer. As mentioned in the previous posting, a manufacturer wants to understand his users better because he "doesn't want to build devices for himself but for you, the end user"! Therefore the survey is about en-user experience and how end users like or dislike certain features. The survey will have up to 15 really shot question which should verify the one or the other manufacturer opinion. This allows all survey participants to direct the manufacturer into the one or the other direction because he's totally open to whatever the final result will be!

Do you remember my tweet from late December where I wrote that I'm working "on a deal with a manufacturer who wants to hear *your* opinions"? Well, sometimes it takes a little bit longer but as you can imagine, there's a lot of work to be done in the background. Nevertheless, we are almost done now and will have an end-user survey online later today. So what is this survey about? Before Christmas I was contacted by one of the major smartphone and tablet manufacturers and asked if I could host an end user survey for them. As a matter of fact, this manufacturer wants to hear your opinions to improve his devices even further because he "doesn't want to build devices for himself but for you, the end user"!
