While the Media Link was a wireless DLNA adapter for HDMI TVs, the new HTC Media Link HD is way more a companion to fully mirror the HTC One S and One X content on HDMI enabled TVs while at the same time also offering full multitasking capabilities. But later, Microsoft also launched the web version of its Marketplace for Windows Phone. However, Microsoft confirmed that most Windows Phone owners browse, download and buy apps on their phones but also the web Marketplace, which debuted last September on the Windows Phone website, has become a popular place to shop - especially since it's available from any Internet-connected PC or Mac.

Posted by Arne Hess - at 13:20 CET under 04 - Android News

Last week's Samsung Galaxy S III news indicated that the upcoming S III is featuring a massive 4.6" Super AMOLDE Plus touchscreen with a 720p HD screen resolution but today's news indicate that Samsung's next Galaxy flagship is far away from sporting anything HD but only featuring a 4.6" WSVGA screen. According to Rightware's benchmarks, it's indeed confirmed that the so called Samsung "GT-I9300" runs on a Samsung Exynos 4x12 Dual-core CPU at 1.4 GHz, backed-up by a Mali-400MP GPU, but the benchmarks also say that the screen resolution is 600 x 1024 pixel only, aka WSVGA. Nevertheless, some of the hardware features of the testing device don't have to necessarily represent the final product, therefore it's not confirmed that the final S III will indeed sport the following features.
