Sure, Windows Phone comes with its own cloud storage called SkyDrive which will also works great with Microsoft's upcoming Windows 8 OS as well as with Office 2013. But maybe you are not sold to it because you got 50 GB free Box storage from HP or Sony before? STRATEGY: Nokia to go Carrier exclusive with its upcoming Windows Phone 8 Smartphones?

According to a Financial Times article, Nokia is considering to quit its traditional mass marketing approach when it's launching its first Windows Phone 8 smartphone later this year, but instead Nokia considers to go carrier-exclusive. According to information, Microsoft's premium Windows Phone manufacturer has already entered negotiations with European carriers, giving them an opportunity to launch Nokia's first Windows Phone exclusively. Unlike Apple in the very beginning but like every other manufacturer, Nokia's usual approach was to get out as many phones in as many channels immediately. However, this new strategy is said to create dedicated support for its smartphones, initially through one or two networks in Europe only.

COMPARISON: What are the differences between Windows Phone 7.8 and Windows Phone 8?

For two weeks, we finally know that there will be two Windows Phone versions very soon: Windows Phone 7.8 for today's Windows Phones and Windows Phone 8 for all the new shiny smartphones which are released later this year from HTC, Huawei, Nokia and Samsung. But what exactly are the differences? Well, so far it's only known that Windows Phone 7.8 will only mimic the Windows Phone 8's Start screen but Microsoft is pretty shy if it comes to further differences but only told us that by far not all new features and changes were announced so far. Sounds good but Russian seems to have received further details which show where the differences are.
