Following Samsung's official unofficial confirmation that it will launch a smart watch called "Galaxy Gear", well known @evleaks has posted yesterday night two screenshots of an Android app which is expected to be the user interface for configuring and controlling the Galaxy Gear. According to these screenshots, the Galaxy Gear, which is also called "SM-V700" will feature NFC for easier Bluetooth pairing and the the watch itself can handle special "Samsung Apps" (otherwise it wouldn't be smart but just a watch). Other than this, the app seems to allow to configure the installed apps, clocks and possibly watchfaces, and can remote contact the watch in case it is missed by using "Find my Watch".
That's all the two screenshots unveil. But it's not too long to next week's IFA in Berlin where Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy Gear. Stay tuned for more information.
