While we got the confirmation that Samsung won't unveil the expected Samsung Galaxy S III at this month's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Samsung also said that it will announce some exciting new products anyway and one of these products could be the European LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. The Global Certification Forum (GCF) just approved a LTE-enhanced Samsung 8.9" tablet which is expected to follow last year's launched Galaxy Tab 8.9 which came without LTE support. According to the GCF, Samsung's GT-P7320 will support quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as dualband UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA at 900/2100 MHz and dualband LTE at Europe's 800 MHz/2.6 GHz bands.
As always, there were no further details given but it's most likely that Samsung will have it on display in two weeks.
Cheers ~ Arne
