Right ahead of unveiling its second highlight - the Samsung Galaxy Note III - which Samsung is expected to announce at this week's IFA in Berlin, the Global Certification Forum has published its approval and it looks like the Galaxy Note III will be a connectivity monster. Beside being a quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE phablet, the Note III is said to also support quadband UMTS/HSPA+ at 850/1900/2100/2600 MHz and pentaband LTE at 800/850/1800/2100/2600 MHz. Other than these info, the Global Certification Forum hasn't spilled any beans - as always. However, the publishing date of the certification declaration proves that Samsung will definitely announce the Galaxy Note III on its Wednesday IFA event.

For the rest of the details we therefore have to wait for Wednesday.

Cheers ~ Arne
