Not even officially announced by HTC itself but by Dopod as the C730 only, MobilePlanet (but MobilePlanet only - it's not yet available from Expansys) lists the HTC S630 as available on their website. Based on the HTC Cavalier, the HTC S630 utilizes Microsoft's latest Windows Mobile 6 Standard operating system. Equipped with a powerful 400 MHz processor, the S630 measures only 13.5 mm and has  built-in high speed 802.11 b/g WiFi connection as well as Bluetooth while supporting quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA UMTS/HSDPA.

The HTC S630 is also equipped with a 5-way navigational button, 3-way smart jog bar and full QWERTY keypad, guaranteeing you seamless navigation, convenient scrolling and easy input for messaging, sending and receiving E-Mails as well as chatting on MSN/Live Messenger.

The HTC S630 personifies professionalism and embraces cutting-edge technology. Weighing only 120 g, this classy Smartphone packs a whole lot of punch. It comes with a 128 MB built-in ROM and 64 MB RAM memory as well as a 2.4" QVGA display screen. Shutterbugs will love the 2.0 megapixel CMOS camera that not only allows users to edit photos but also gives them the option of recording videos and voices.

It'S now available in North America for US$ 564.95. A European release date wasn't given yet.

Cheers ~ Arne
