Following
the previous information of a new Asus Windows Mobile 6 Pocket PC Phone
Edition smartphone, I'm happy that I can provide you some more information today
including a real photo of Asus' latest smartphone which is called P750.
Just as a reminder, the Asus P750 sports Windows Mobile 6 Professional, a Marvell
520 MHz PXA27x CPU, 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM and GSM/GPRS/EDGE and HSDPA at 3.6
Mbps as well as WiFi and Bluetooth are confirmed as well. Furthermore this
devices features a SiRF III GPS receiver and an FM radio. Last but not least, it
also includes a 3.2 megapixel auto-focus camera and will look like this:
According to our trusty sources, a release can be expected in in October time
frame. So far it's not clear where the Asus P750 will be released (first) but
let us hope it's coming to Europe and the US as well since it's definitely a
promising device.
Many thanks to "cinia_tungtung" for the update.
Thanks for the update! I like the form factor and the specs seem great. My hope is for an early september release in Europe... we'll see.

Any hope for VGA display?

@Lionel: October time-frame but countries are not confirmed yet!
@Pepeto: Different concepts. In any case the Samsung SGH-i620 might be interesting for you (http://www.theunwired.net/?item=confirm … oss-europe), but it's sporting Windows Mobile 6 Standard "only" and doesn't features GPS!
@noone: The hope dies as last but I wouldn't bet on it!
