For those of us who download tons of stuff from the Internet have on one time or another experienced either a dropped connection or a server time-out which results in an incomplete download. We have then resorted to adding third-party download managers on our PCs to resume interrupted downloads. For many of us who also download stuff from the Internet using the Pocket PC, this becomes a dilemma once again. How do you resume an interrupted download?
