Today, Vine announced that it's introducing two new powerful additions to the Vine camera for Android and iOS: Sessions and Time Travel. According to a recent blog posting, these new features allow to maintain multiple posts in progress over time and edit posts before sharing them. This means that with Sessions, it's possible to save any post and come back to it later; which is said to work with up to ten posts at once. Time Travel allows to remove, reorganize or replace any shot within a post before it's shared. As Vine highlights, it was built for one purpose - to make it easy for people to capture life in motion and share it with the world - it's the reason the the Vine camera was build.

The new functions are pretty much self-explaining. But for starters - Sessions is used by simply tap the new icon in the bottom right corner of the camera to save a new session or open an existing one. Time Travel is used by tapping the green bar from the camera while shooting, or tapping "Edit" when previewing a post.

The updated Vine clients are now available from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Cheers ~ Arne
