Installing Windows Vista SP1 RC via Windows Update [UPDATE2]

Quite cool - for registered Beta tester, Microsoft is providing the new
Windows Vista SP1 RC via Windows Update. All you have to do is downloading a
small file which updates Windows Update that it finds the Service Pac 1 RC on
the Windows Update server:
So instead of downloading the full Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft FTP
server, this time I will go the Windows Update Route since this is the way how
SP1 is distributed later anyway.
Will keep you updated how it works.
Here we go - after I've installed the necessary update, Windows Update found
the SP1 download which is between 51 and 539 MB:
