We already knew that Microsoft is working on its Windows Phone 8.1 upgrade but do you also wonder how it will look? Wonder no more because ahead of the official release, a video walk-through of the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK just hit YouTube. While the SDK is yet missing some important features and highlights, like the new Notification Center, the video shows the new soft-buttons implementation, the new volume settings and more. Other Windows Phone 8.1 features include the ability to move apps to memory card, messaging app choices, VPN support and the option to close most recently used apps by swiping the card, very similar as Palm did it with webOS.
The SDK which was used for this screen recording is said to be Windows Phone 8.1 Build 8.10.12298 and it's yet not known if there's a newer available, with possibly more features enabled. However, the lack of some expected features shows that Microsoft will definitely needs some more time before Windows Phone 8.1 will hit the market, and current Windows Phone 8 devices which are said to be upgradeable to 8.1
