Following
the earlier, heavily watermarked
Samsung SGH-i900 photo, another photo just appeared on the web and this time
it shows much more than the photo before.
Samsung's new flagship Windows Mobile phone is expected to be announced next
month in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress and first rumors said it's
powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 featuring quadband GSM/UMTS/HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps
(while it's not clear if it means singleband UMTS/HSDPA plus triband GSM), WiFi
and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR. The large 3.5" touchscreen is expected to support 240 x
400 pixel:

Other fine features include an integrated GPS receiver, a FM radio, TV-out, a
5 megapixel camera (hopefully with a decent chip) and microSDHC support up to 8
GB. The battery is said to be a 1500 mAh Li-Ion.
Again, nothing official yet and the expected features as well as the photo
above are only a rumor so far. More to come hopefully soon.
UPDATE:
MobiFrance has all the latest info (image above courtesy of MobiFrance) and
they got the info from Samsung that the SGH-i900 will be released in September
2008. Also, unlike reported before, the photo above isn't an actual photo of the
SGH-i900 but a mock-up, as MobiFrance think the i900 might looks like.
Cheers ~ Arne
