REVEALED: HP's iPAQ hw6515 Mobile Messenger appears on HP's German website [UPDATE]

I'm not sure if it is a mistake by HP or volitional, but the HP iPAQ hw6515 Mobile Messenger page is already up and running on HP's German website while it is not linked yet from the iPAQ main page.

As rumored before, the hw6515 is featuring a 240 x 240 pixel square display (which is unique) and also runs Microsoft Windows mobile 2003 Second Edition software only.
It is powered by an Intel PXA270 (with 312 MHz) and supports quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth, IrDA and also includes GPS by default! A nice feature is its dual SD- and miniSD-card slot.

According to German news sources, the release is expected for summer this year while HP still declines to communicate a price today.

UPDATE: As seen on Pocket PC Thought, HP Africa has published an English version of the specifications.

Cheers ~ Arne
