I've
mentioned it on Friday already that we got information that T-Mobile plans
to revise the RAM and ROM memory of its T-Mobile MDA Touch (aka the HTC Touch)
but that T-Mobile declined to comment it. Anyway - now it seems official because
T-Mobile Germany and T-Mobile UK are listing the MDA Touch with doubled memory -
available from now.
Like HTC which released a memory-revised HTC Touch in South East Asia last week,
the upgraded T-Mobile Touch's also feature 128 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM:

The color stays unchanged and T-Mobile is still offering one color only, unlike HTC which
also introduced two new colors in addition to the memory upgrade.
It's not yet known if other carriers or HTC subsidiaries will follow HTC Asia's
and T-Mobile's latest memory upgrades but and upgrade would be worth.
UPDATE: Sorry, I've completely overseen that O2 Germany is offering
it's Xda nova since one week as an 128 MB RAM/256 MB ROM
upgraded version also. Now I'm sure more carriers will follow soon.
Cheers ~ Arne
