 In
a
blog posting and E-Mail to Microsoft My Phone customers, Microsoft just
announced that due to a system update,
My Phone won't be
available from October 5th to October 6th (15:00 h GMT). Now we have to keep in
mind that My Phone
will become part of Windows Mobile 6.5 which is going to
launch on October 6th with press conferences around the world at 15:00 h
GMT. While Microsoft hasn't given any further details yet, the company said that
neither the access to the My Phone website nor the synchronization between the
service and the Windows Mobile clients will be possible during the system update.
However, Microsoft assured that no previously synchronized date will be lost and
mentioned that, as soon as My Phone is back, it will feature new exciting
features!
