Following our first two user experience surveys from last year, the::unwired is proud to support again a major smartphone and tablet manufacturer with this third end-user survey. So what are all the surveys about? Well, you know, manufactures, their designer, business planner, product manager, etc. have all great ideas, or sometimes not; depends on the view. But often forgotten is the real world feedback. Sure, there are focus groups and other kind of researches but have you ever been invited to such a focus group? Sure, you can blame in forums for missing functionalities or blog about suggestions, but are you sure your feedback is really seen and recognized? Well, this survey is different since the manufacturer has asked us to collect real world end-user feedback from you, our readers.

The manufacturer wants your feedback to make the next series of smartphones more relevant for you – the customer and end-user! Your feedback already made a difference the last two times. Features you love and use (according to the surveys), which were planned to be canceled, made it to the next generation of smartphones and tablets. Other features, you showed no interest in, haven't made it to products (yet), which made the devices more affordable since no R&D costs were burned for totally unnecessary features.

Because the manufacturer wants to understand your needs even better, this survey became a little bit longer and therefore, and as a thanks for the time you spend, we are again raffling ten 20 Euro Amazon gift cards and – as the grand – prize one high-end smartphone the winner can chose from! Win either a BlackBerry Z10, HTC One, Nokia Lumia 925, Samsung Galaxy S4 or Sony Xperia Z! It's your decision!

This survey is about a really hot topic, most of us love to rant about: design, materials and durability, battery and sound. One thing is clear, there's a trend to high-quality materials as well as to thinner devices. But do we really want these high-quality materials and do we need even thinner smartphones where no space is left for sufficient battery power? And what's about audio playback, photo and video sharing on TVs? Are we already using it and if so how? That's exactly what this survey should answer and like before, your feedback will definitely make it into the product planning for the next series of smartphones – promised!

The survey shouldn't take more than five minutes of your time, but it really gives you the opportunity to "directly communicate" to the manufacturer! No kidding! The more smartphone users are participating, the better and sharper the results are so don't forget to tell your friends and retweet or reshare on Facebook and Google+!

Lust but not least, don't forget to leave your E-Mail address at the end of the survey if you want to have the chance to win either the high-end smartphone or one of ten 20 Euro Amazon gift cards! For sure, this survey is totally anonymous, your E-Mail address isn't used for anything but the raffle, it's neither matched with your feedback nor is it submitted to the manufacturer and all E-Mail addresses will be immediately deleted after the raffle.

Any further questions? Please feel free to ask in the comments bellow! Oh, and in case you are not a native English speaker, head to WeAreMobians for the French and Windows Phone Italy / Hi-Tech Italy / Android Italy / inApple for Italian versions or click here for the German version of the survey! The chance to win either the smartphone or one of the ten 20 Euro Amazon gift vouchers is independent from where you participate since your feedback will return to the::unwired anyway!

Cheers ~ Arne
