While
Samsung is still not talking officially about the
Samsung GT-B7610
business smartphone (code-named "Louvre"), some
official press shots emerged recently and it looks like the B7610 is somewhat
official now; especially after it was also demoed where the full specs were
unveiled as well. According to these information, the Samsung B7610 will run on
Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and a free Windows Mobile 6.5 upgrade is
expected for September/October time frame. Powered by a (yet not named) 800 MHz
CPU, the B7610 is expected to support quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as dualband
UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA at 1800/2100 MHz, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR as well as aGPS
and an FM radio. The devices sports 3.5" AMOLED WVGA (800X480) touchscreen and features a 5.0 megapixel autofocus camera with an LED photo light:

As seen above, the B7610 features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard as well as a
TV-out connector in addition to the 3.5 mm headset jack and micro USB connector
as previously introduced with the
Samsung GT-I7500 Galaxy.
Last but not least, the device is backed up by 1 GB internal memory which is
expandable by SDHC microSD cards up to 32 GB.
A release is expected for August 2009 but further information weren't given
yet.
