Following Toshiba's HTC Hermes competitor, the Toshiba Portégé G900 (see our review here), Toshiba is now preparing for a HTC Universal follower, HTC itself never released, Toshiba calls the Portégé G910 and G920. Recently popped-up at the FCC, this clamshell Windows Mobile 6 Professional smartphone could become a best-seller since HTC never released a follower of its Universal.
Featuring triband GSM/GPRS/UMTS and UMTS/HSDPA, the G9x0 seems to be designed for EMEA and APAC markets only. Furthermore the device is expected to feature Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi b/g and a WVGA screen (as we've heard from trustworthy sources):

A release date isn't known yet but an announcement during the Mobile World Congress 2008 in February next year is most likely.

Cheers ~ Arne

Don't think so. It's not announced yet and I don't expect an announcement before February.
