Also Palm has just updated its Facebook application, the company initially launched late last year. Like the initial release, Facebook v1.1.0 for Palm webOS allows users to update their status, comment on news feed items, post photos, see full profiles, send and receive inbox messages as well as seeing Facebook events and birthdays. However, the updated version adds features like allowing to upload photos from the Facebook app itself, giving access to the full inbox, photo albums with profiles, full friend profiles as well as it allows people search, seeing friend invites and events and birthdays. Also new is shake to refresh a newsfeed as well as an all new, refreshed design.

Last but not least, it still synchronizes info from the Facebook account with Calendar and Contacts.

Facebook v1.1.0 for Palm webOS is now available as an update or new free download from Palm's App Catalog.
