There
are a couple of Twitter clients for Windows Mobile available and one of the top
5 might be Trinket Software's
Twikini, which was
released back in April. Supporting Windows Mobile Standard and Professional phone,
Twikini is one of the few Twitter apps for Windows Mobile which is entirely written in native C++ code for maximum performance
and the fastest load time as possible.
It already allowed to post tweets using a full screen editor and optionally allowed to set
your location (either manually or using GPS) along with your status updates. Twitpic integration
also allowed to post photos with your status updates, either by
selecting an existing photo or by snapping a new one.
New in Twikini 2.0 is the ability to geotag your tweets,
a feature Twitter recently released. Also Twikini now supports the official
Retweet feature that
Twitter recently introduced. Last but not least you can now see a full list
of followers and friends for any user (including yourself).

However, one of the main critics wasn't fixed so far. It's impossible to to
view the whole tweet at a glance in the list but the tweet as to be opened,
which doesn't makes sense at all for a 140 characters message.
Twikini is available for US$ 4.95 and supports all Windows Mobile 5.0, 6, 6.1
and 6.5 touch- and non-touchscreen Windows phones.
