Spb Time is an advanced skinable time tool set with screen saver mode. Analog, digital and world clock, timers and stopwatches all in one application.
Spb Time is designed to be simple and comfortable in use. You need no to use stylus to choose the screen mode. All you need is just to tap toolbar button with you fingertips. To toggle Analog or Digital clock to full screen mode you also just need to do one a single tap at any point of the screen.

I don't carry a watch so my ideal PPC clock would have a chime option that would work like a grandfather clock, you can tell the hour and minutes in 1/4 hour increments frm the chime.  Any idea if this one, or any other clock program has that functionality?

This is a great clock program (sorry, no chime) but it does everything. Stop watch, timers, and an impressive looking clock.
After purchasing SPB Pocket Plus, and being extremely happy with it, I knew their clock program would be just as excellent!  big_smile

[1]  I have a another clock application that has hourly chime option , though only digital view it is great. its called AlarMe. I tried the website http://www.eppen.com/alarme and there is also a PC version and the option to sync your alarm settings between the two..
