Not yet in stores but to be launched in Germany on October 13, in Spain on Ocober 14 and in the UK and Ireland on October 16, here we have the final sales version of O2's upcoming Palm Pre, which Telefónica and O2 are launching exclusively in Europe this month. While the Palm Pre is already available in North America, this Pre is something very new and special because it's the GSM/UMTS version of Palm's latest available smartphone, the first one to feature Palm's new webOS operating system. While the device OS is multi-lingual, each country gets its localized slide-out keyboard layout. Other than that, the Palm Pre is the same across all Telefónica/O2 subsidiaries in Europe.

The sales-pack includes the Palm Pre, a standard 1150 mAh Lithium-ion standard battery, a 100 - 240 Volt USB charger, a USB to mini USB sync and charge cable, a 3.5 mm stereo headset, a pouch as well as a quick-start guide.
