 As BongUser announced yesterday evening, he has updated his fit4cat Registry Tweaker for the HTC Hermes Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition, also known as O2 Xda trion/Orange SPV M3100/HTC TyTN/and others.
fit4cat Hermes Tweaker helps you to fine tune your HTC Hermes by changing some parameters or enabling/disabling features, which are part of the OS but enabled/disabled either by HTC or by your carrier.
Version 1.1 mostly added new features/registry changes and also fixed one minor bug.
New features:
- Set GPRS or 3G connections as "Always On"
- Redirect the wireless Today screen plugin to "Comm Manager"
- Show Time Zone Tab in Phone Settings (The time zone features has to be supported by your carrier)
- Unlock Extended ROM
- Allow non-certified applications
As before, the fit4cat Hermes Tweaker is available free of charge but requires a (free) forum registration for the download;
which is available as a PC Exe or Pocket PC Cab file now.
And, there is also an English forum available now, so you don't have to struggle
through the German forum anymore! :-)
