 During Motorola's Financial Analyst Update Webcast, Motorola confirmed it will release new Windows Mobile Q Smartphones. Ron Garriques, President Mobile Devices Business, includes two slides mentioning a "Enterprise Moto Q EDGE" and a "Enterprise Moto Q² HSDPA/EVDO" with the notice "Coming at 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona".
So it looks like, that one year after Motorola announced the UMTS version of the Motorola Q (during last year's 3GSM Congress), Motorola is ready to finally release its UMTS (and now HSDPA) enabled Moto Q (which most likely looks like this):
 
No further information given yet - looks like we have to wait for the 3GSM Congress.
