Today,
E-TEN Information Systems announced, that it will stage early demonstrations of
its newest Pocket PC Phone Edition at the upcoming CeBIT international trade
show in Hannover. The new handset which is scheduled for release later in the
year under E-TEN's own-brand, Glofiish, will be the company's first handset to
feature 3G connectivity.
E-TEN's latest Windows Mobile professional smartphone is based on the
recently announced Windows Mobile 6 software platform which offers new and
richer ways to edit documents and E-Mails, improved usability, and more powerful
mobile functions. The new device will be the first from E-TEN to support 3G
connectivity – HSDPA/UMTS.

Also on show at the booth will be E-TEN's two most recent handset releases,
the Glofiish X500, which at just 15.5mm is the company's thinnest Pocket PC
device, and the Glofiish M700, featuring a sliding keyboard. All three Pocket PC
Phones offer all-in-one connectivity with GSM, Wi-Fi and GPS and include a 400
MHz Samsung CPU and 128MB of Flash ROM.
