 Basically
all version of the HTC Artemis (doesn't matter if from HTC, O2 or others) have the same problem - something is wrong with the way the device handles files and folders on the microSD card. Sometimes the device shows incorrect file or folder names when displaying the micoSD card contents and some users even reported, that all files on the device got corrupt.
However, finally HTC has released an improved SD card handling mechanism to fit
this problem. The download is available to all customers but only customers with
the HTC Artemis needs to install it! Other HTC devices are not affected by this
bug!
The bus is available as a free CAB-file download from HTC's European support
page. The file needs to be copied to the device and has to be executed there. A
desktop-installer isn't available at this point. Note - if you should need to
carry out a Hard-Reset on your device then this CAB file will be lost and you
will need to reinstall it on your handset.
