With the Xbox Music app and the required Xbox Music Pass, users can finally explore, stream and download millions of songs to their Windows Phones. Xbox Music allows to see artist details with pictures, bios, album lists, and related artists, manage the personal music collection, shared across all of compatible devices and PCs, explore top songs, featured artists and recommended albums to easily discover new music, download songs for offline playback, create and manage playlists that automatically sync across your PCs, tablets, Xbox and the web as well as it features Radio which instantly creates playlists based on favorite artists.

RUMOR: Microsoft Threshold to Unify Windows 8.1, Windows Phone 8 and Xbox One

Wonder where Microsoft's future is going to? No, not the future of the company by itself or who the next CEO will possibly be but the future of Windows? Always well informed Microsoft insider Mary Jo Foley got some information Microsoft denied to comment - for sure. Nevertheless, the info Foley received are somehow obvious and are about Microsoft's plans to "unify" the Windows (for desktop and tablet), Windows Phone and even the Xbox One code-base as much as possible. All this is said to run under the project name "Threshold". Threshold derives from the planet around which the first halo ring orbited in the original Halo game launched back in 2001.

SERVICE: 6snap full featured Snapchat App for Windows Phone now Available

Snapchat, which just made it to the press with the story that it declined a US$ 3 billion offer from Facebook, has now received its first full featured (but unofficial) Windows Phone client. Developed by Rudy Huyn, who's well known for his Instagram and Vine clients for Windows Phone (which both are better than the originals), has now released 6snap. 6snap allows to snap a photo or a video, adding a caption after, and sending it to a friend - or a few. Well, that's what Snapchat is about but 6snap is said to support all Snapchat features which include the sharing of pictures and videos with Snapchat users, posting snaps on the story line, seeing stories, best friends and scores of friends, drawing and adding texts to your pictures.
