While Spotify is still not available for Windows Phone 8, the best music option so far was either Microsoft's Xbox Music, or - for Lumia users - Nokia Music with its free Mix Radio. But soon Lumia customers can rejoice because Nokia today announced Nokia Music+, which brings a slew of new and richer options for a low monthly subscription fee of 3.99 Euro / US$ 3.99; challenging Spotify and Microsoft Xbox Music even further which asks for 9.99 Euro to be available on mobile devices. For those that love the original free Mix Radio service - which is pretty good and complete for a free service - it will remain intact; Nokia Music+ is all about adding extra. While Nokia Music, which is a great for discovering new music, is pretty limited in terms of skipping songs, Nokia Music+ introducing features like infinite skips and unlimited downloads.
