According to DigiTimes Taiwan, HTC (well known ODM and the maker of Compap's iPAQs, O2's xda and several Smartphones like the Orange SPV series) acquires IA Style (well known software developer for Pocket PCs and Smartphones):
Under the merger plan, every 5.42 shares of IA Style would be converted to one HTC share. After the merger, HTC will be the surviving company.
HTC will issue 1,567,347 new shares next year to acquire 100% ownership in IA Style. The deal is to be completed on April 1, HTC said. The new shares will account for 0.77% of HTC's total outstanding shares.
