As Taiwanese DigiTimes.com reports today, Dopod International - HTC\'s own retailer for the Asian market - plans to launch its first GPS-enabled PDA mobile phone by the end of the third quarter or early in the fourth quarter, aiming to strengthen its presence in the consumer segment, according to company sources.
I would say - GPS enabled PDA mobile phone isn\'t the whole information at all. Since Dopod is a daughter company of HTC, which is manufacturing Windows Mobile devices only, it can be expected that HTC is indeed working on a Windows Mobile powered Pocket PC Phone Edition with GPS now.

Might be, might be not.
Should we bet that the final device will look completely different than the rendering we have seen at engadget?
So far most renderings gave a good idea, how the final device might look like but at the end, the devices always looked different.
