In addition to the Dell Lightning Windows Phone 7 leak, Engadget also received information about three Android smartphones, Dell seems to has in work. According to these information, Dell works on the Dell Flash, Dell Smoke and Dell Thunder. The Dell Flash and Dell Smoke share some of the same specs. However, the Dell Flash is a typical touchscreen smartphone while the HTC Smoke is a candy-bar QWERTY keyboard device. Nevertheless, both smartphones are said to run Froyo (which is expected to be Android 2.2) and feature quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as triband UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and aGPS.
