ANNOUNCED: Motorola Mobility reveals the Motorola Razr - Impossibly thin meets head-turning innovation
Today, Motorola Mobility announced the new Motorola Razr. Impossibly thin and lightweight, this smartphone is loaded with sexy curves. Boasting a gorgeous sculpted glass face, diamond-cut aluminum accents and a hyper-vibrant 4.3" Super AMOLED Advanced display for incredibly vivid images. Furthermore, the Motorola Razr sports Kevlar fiber and Corning Gorilla Glass to help the screen stand up to scratches and scrapes. In fact, every part of Motorola Razr is protected by a splash-guard coating - even the electrical boards inside. The 1 GB of RAM hooks up with a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and Android 2.3.5.
The Motorola Razr comes preloaded with the Motorola MotoCast app, giving users the power to stream or download content from the home or work computer straight to the device so personal content is always within reach. It allows to watch movies on a screen that sports a wider range of colors than most LCD HDTVs; the cinematic-quality front-facing 720p HD video camera and 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with even sharper 1080p HD video allows to capture HD videos - all with image-stabilization technology.
Government-grade encryption protects E-Mail, contacts and calendar. Motorola's Smart Actions - a preloaded app on Motorola Razr - lets users automate everyday tasks and enable better battery life. Smart Actions can turn down the ringer when step into work, change the Bluetooth and GPS settings when at home to save battery or send a text to someone if their call was missed.
The Motorola Razr is coming to countries across Europe starting in November. A price wasn't announced today.
Cheers ~ Arne
