I've written about the Cingular 2125 (aka the US version of the HTC Tornado) earlier and today is the day where it went on sale at Cingular.
The Cingular 2125 is running Windows Mobile 5.0 and manufactured by HTC. Unlike the original HTC Tornado reference design, Cingular removed (like most other carriers too) the W-LAN feature. For better reception, a hump was added on top of the devices which makes it looking a little bit - well, let's say - weird and destroys a little bit the nice look and feel it original had as Orange C600.

At last week's Möbius conference in Seattle, I had the chance to play with it a little bit and here it is how it is looking:

The Cingular 2125 is available for 299 US$ with a 24 months plan directly from Cingular's online shop.

Cheers ~ Arne
