The earlier this year unveiled UBiQUiO 503G Windows Mobile Pocket PC is now available from Expansys. Featuring Windows Mobile 6 Professional, a 520 MHz Marvell/Qualcomm 6280 processor, Stereo Bluetooth, WiFi b/g, GSM & UMTS/HSDPA wireless data and a QWERTY keyboard, the UBiQUiO 503G is an interesting device for mobile workers and everybody who needs fast wireless Internet access.
Thanks to quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and triband UMTS/HSDPA (up to 3.6 Mbps) the device works virtually everywhere in the world.

With 192 MB ROM and 96MB RAM (extendable through microSD cards), the UBiQUiO 503G has enough storage to save photos and videos, made with the 2 megapixel main camera. Furthermore, it sports a front facing camera for UMTS video telephony. Unfortunately, the 2.4" touch screen supports QVGA at 240 x 320 pixel only:

The UBiQUiO 503G, which is manufactured by TechFaith Wireless and the 3G follower of UBiQUiO 501 Pocket PC Phone Edition, is now exclusively available from Expansys Europe and costs 549,95 Euro/£389.95. Availability from MobilePlanet is given for September 6th and there is will costs US$ 649.95.

Cheers ~ Arne
