Are you new to Microsoft Smartphones or Pocket PC Phone Editions and need to configure your new gadget to use it with GPRS to surf the web wirelessly and get your E-Mails wherever you are?
Well, basically all your need is the APN (Access Point Name) and maybe some login information like User Name and Password to make your offline device a connected gadget.
However, it's always the same question I receive, see on the web and in newsgroups: "What's my settings for GPRS with carrier xyz".

If you live in Europe, you definitely should have a look at Access' GPRS Settings page (see link below). They list GPRS settings for a couple of European countries, namely:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Lithuania
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Russia
  • Slovakia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Turkey
  • UK

I've just found it while I was Google'ing the web for something different and I've checked a few of the settings they've listed there and they seems to be correct. At least it's worth to try!

Cheers ~ Arne
