Vienna October 2002: 2K development is proud to announce the commercial release of connect2internet (c2i), the easiest way to connect your Pocket PC to the Internet using a data enabled mobile phone. After more than 2 months testing phase with more than 100 friendly users all over the World we are glad that c2i supports at the moment 35 network operators in 15 countries. But we are testing another 30 network operators at the moment, which will extend the list in the future.

connect2internet (c2i) is available as a commercial download on

Free Update tool and more support for our customers.
A free update tool which will be soon available for download on will help users to get the latest mobile phone and network operator data. - with just One-Click. The software will be installed on the desktop PC where is also the Active Sync installed. "c2i update light" - so the working title - will once started connect to the internet and look if newer network operator or mobile phone data base is available on our update server and update the c2i software on the via Active Sync connected Pocket PC device. Al these steps will be fully automatic. "c2i update light" will be available free of charge for all c2i customers later this month.

Ready for the commercial start of c2i we also have launched our support section for c2i with detailed FAQ. This FAQ section will guide you through the registration process and also trough the Bluetooth pairing routine. There are answers to questions about the auto detection as well as describing the powerful features of the SMS Client. Other nice supporting tools will follow during this month.

T-Mobile USA , yes we are at the moment testing and by en ofnext week it should work. Visit for actual list of supported network operators.
