Today Microsoft released the free Smartphone 2003 SDK which enables application development for the newest Smartphone development platform. With the Smartphone 2003 SDK, developers can build Microsoft .NET Compact Framework applications for Smartphone, leverage the new Windows CE .NET 4.2 Operating System and accelerate development, testing and deployment with emulator enhancements.
