While Google (or Microsoft?) is not yet too keen to bring its mobile services like Google Maps and Google+ as stand-alone apps to Windows Phone, it's at least somehow taking care of its Gmail users. As announced yesterday on Google+ (which Windows Phone users can only read via Windows Phone's Internet Explorer), Google has launched a few new features on Google Sync for its "Windows Phone 7.5+" users. Multiple Calendars is a feature that lets them select which of Google Calendars are synced to Windows Phones. Furthermore, Google has also improved search to look beyond the conversations that are stored locally on Windows Phones so that conversations are found faster.

To configure the calendar sync, users have to navigate to m.google.com/sync on their phone's browser and configure the calendars they would like to see. From that page, it's also possible to configure which addresses E-Mails are send, as if they have custom addresses in Gmail.
