Today Paragon Software released its new 4.0 version of the well-known multilingual handwriting recognition system PenReader for Pocket PC 2002! As a result of three-year researches, their developers have made several principal technology modifications, which tremendously improved handwriting recognition quality of the PenReader system.

PenReader is an on-line handwriting recognition system for Pocket PC and Pocket PC 2002 based devices.
