Akihabaranews found a highly integrated device on Korean website Cetizen which shows a Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition which also includes a digital TV tuner.
The "POZ-B300" can be found in Korea and is available through SK Telecom. It's a running Windows Mobile 2003 SE Phone Edition and compatible with the Korean DMB. The Digital TV Tuner (MSM5500/Toshiba C2) is not integrated in the device but is situated in the remote control that also acts as speaker. The device also has a 1.3MP digital camera, a 2.5" QVGA screen and uses CDMA2000 1x EV-DO with up to 2.4 Mbps.

Another interesting and rare aspect is that this device has 578 MB of ROM (64+512) and 64 MB of RAM. miniSD cards can be used too.

Interesting concept but don't hold your breath to see it anywhere else in the world - I'm sure this will never leave Korea (except for International Roaming use).

Cheers ~ Arne
