Indeed, the Samsung SGH-i750 is available world-wide for a fairly long time already but it was just recently announced and launched in Germany.
Reason enough for Marc from PDA News [DE] to have a close look at the German version and the first part of his review is now up and available:
Stylish design, good build quality, a gorgeous screen, text input through a hardware keypad, multimedia and connectivity options galore, Samsungs SGH-i750 Pocket PC Phone has a lot to offer in a strikingly small package. But it's the built-in 2 MP autofocus camera that lets it clearly stand out of the crowd. Read on, why the triband GSM/EDGE device is a good choice for business men and gadget lovers alike, even though it runs on the already outdated Pocket PC 2003SE operating system.
Well, the Windows Mobile 2003SE would keeps me away from this device, nevertheless all the other features are still pretty up-to-date so I wonder why Samsung hasn't given the device the latest OS to make it compatible to currently available Windows Mobile Pocket PCs? Especially since it costs hefty 779 Euro without a carrier subscription.
Cheers ~ Arne
